1kg off, 1kg on. I wasn't getting anywhere! I was sick of being overweight and not being able to fit into my clothes. It was effecting my mood and I hated being miserable!

Now, I feel on top of the world. The 10.7 kgs loss makes a difference to my ability to find an outfit but the feeling of having control over my weight is immeasurable.

I didn't struggle at all with the Eat Move Love Yourself program. Everything made sense and was logical. even enjoyed it!

This is just the beginning for me, a new me and a journey for life. I’ve made so many changes, healthier food choices, I haven’t binged on chocolate in ages and I’ve stopped drinking in the house. This is the lightest I've been in a while and have even had to give some clothes away. The EMLY concepts are stored in my head. I lost 7.9 kgs on EMLY. I felt really sluggish before the program and not in a good routine with my meals. I always knew that I needed to kick-start me back on track so it was a no-brainer for me as I’d done one of Sally's programs before and knew that it would work.

I loved the weekly videos and found them really inspiring and the personalised feedback video also. Sally makes it so easy and it hasn’t felt like a restrictive diet. I love how she promotes putting ourselves first and how everything is from a real-life perspective that things aren’t always going to be perfect.

I wasn’t aiming to really lose any weight. I joined because I wanted to get healthier and tone up and to have something to focus on other than being a wife and a mother. I have definitely achieved these things and lost a bit of weight in the process.

I enjoyed the need to go for walks every day as it gave me the kick to get outside on my own and switch off while moving.

The 30-minute workouts were a great length to fit in during the week. I loved the group with the updates, ideas, and comments it kept me on track and motivated.

I can’t tell you how much I lost on EMLY as it was never really about the number on the scales for me. I’ve always eaten healthily and been an avid exerciser so I’ve always been quite slim. After turning 40 I had started to notice some weight gain around my midsection and had gone up a dress size. Even though I was living a healthy lifestyle, my body wasn’t responding in the same way. The program was an eye opener for me as I knew how to eat healthy but not for fat loss. I also learned how my body would benefit from changing the style of exercise that I was used to doing. I really liked the holistic approach to the program and how the mindset exercises were introduced and the breakdown of the impact of our hormones. I have tweaked my nutrition and changed my approach to exercise now and am back to my original dress size. I would defiantly recommend this program, Sally is an expert!

I lost 5.4 kgs on the EMLY program. It was definitely transformative, not only when it came to my weight but also my mindset which has been rebooted. The biggest win was understanding my body and what I put in it. Also keeping accountability of my actions throughout the day made me realise where I was going wrong. EMLY is by far the best thing I have ever done not just for loosing weight (I lost 4.5 kg) but for my whole mindset and feeling good about myself! For anyone who is looking for something that they can stick to for a lifestyle change not a diet then this is perfect! Sally is incredible and so supportive and as it’s done in stages week by week it’s not overwhelming which I found better, as I found I stuck to the plan better this way!
