I can’t tell you how much I lost on EMLY as it was never really about the number on the scales for me. I’ve always eaten healthily and been an avid exerciser so I’ve always been quite slim. After turning 40 I had started to notice some weight gain around my midsection and had gone up a dress size. Even though I was living a healthy lifestyle, my body wasn’t responding in the same way. The program was an eye opener for me as I knew how to eat healthy but not for fat loss. I also learned how my body would benefit from changing the style of exercise that I was used to doing.
